Our client works in the Construction and Engineering industry with a head office on the Northern Gold Coast. Due to a rapid period of growth, their standalone HR Manager is requiring an extra FTE and looking for a HR Assistant/Admin to grow their team. This role would suit a junior HR professional looking to continue growing their career and be mentored closely by a HR Manager.
**Your new role** 
As the HR Assistant/Admin you will provide:
- General administrative support for the HR Manager 
- Maintain and update staff information 
- Booking travel and accommodation 
- Assisting in end-to-end recruitment including the Visa process for overseas recruitment, onboarding/offboarding 
- Answering HR queries over the phone 
- General operational and HR administrative duties
**What you'll need to succeed** 
To be considered you will demonstrate the following:
- A drive to progress your career in the Human Resources space within a growing business 
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment 
- Recent HR Administration experience and/or tertiary qualifications (desirable) 
- Be a data-driven individual 
- You must be professional, approachable, have excellent communication skills and time management details with attention to detail
