Responsibilities
* Facilitate engineering spares store transactions in alignment with MDLZ MRO best practices.
* Manage compliance of spare parts booking procedures with site personnel.
* Facilitate store dispatch and receivables, supported by logistics with forklift movements.
* Assist personnel with parts locations, ensuring 5 S compliance.
* Administer new and replenishment stock items.
* Facilitate annual stock takes of spare parts and ensure inventory accuracy as per MDLZ guideline.
* Support Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Lead in PMO tracking and compliance.
* Support Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Lead in data cleansing and inventory analysis.
Qualifications
* Experience in SAP and parts management.
* Experience in lean manufacturing principles is desirable.
* Experience with MS-Office (Word, Excel).
* Can-do attitude and drive for continuous improvement.
