The Role
* Be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, greeting them with professionalism and warmth
* Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and enquiries
* Provide day-to-day admin support to the office and project teams
* Maintain office supplies, meeting rooms, and assist with smooth daily operations
* Help coordinate internal events, staff functions, and team activities

* Professional communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
