We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Disability Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality client services management, ensuring effective care plan review and management, and leading and coaching support workers to deliver exceptional client experiences.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in Community Services Co-ordination or Case Management roles, with strong supervisory and training skills. They will also possess a Certificate IV in Community Services or a relevant discipline, and be familiar with OH&S legislation relevant to the disability service sector.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary care team, the Disability Services Manager will build strong relationships with customers, case managers, and other stakeholders. They will also be expected to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
