Work directly for a property investment and build to rent organisation Single Regional Asset Proven experience in residential Property Management You will take responsibility for the ongoing management of a residential portfolio, overseeing day‑to‑day operations, resident relationships, and compliance. With the support of a junior team member, your focus will be on maintaining smooth operations, strong retention, and a positive living experience for residents. You’ll work closely with residents from a professional demographic, ensuring a service‑driven environment that reflects the quality and care expected within a premium residential community. What You’ll Do: End‑to‑end property management of an approx. 200‑apartment portfolio Delegate tasks and support a junior Property Manager Manage tenant communication, leases, renewals & general enquiries Conduct routine inspections and coordinate maintenance Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations onsite Ensure compliance with tenancy legislation & company standards Contribute to a positive, inclusive, team‑first culture About You You’re an experienced Property Manager who is confident working autonomously and enjoys mentoring junior staff. You bring a calm, solutions‑focused approach and align with a workplace where teamwork and mutual support are valued.
