Beachside Reservations Ambassador
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Reservations Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable luxury hotel experience for our valued clients.
* Respond to inbound reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, showcasing your excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear information.
* Utilise your analytical skills to convert enquiries into bookings while maximising revenue opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records and manage special requests and preferences with the utmost care and attention to detail.
* Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest arrival and stay, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and external partners alike.
* Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service at all times, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in reservations, front office, or a similar guest-facing hotel role.
* Strong communication skills and confidence across phone, email, and systems.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar hotel reservation systems (highly regarded).
* A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
* Flexibility to work rostered shifts including week days and weekends.
