We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistantto provide high‑quality, proactive support to our General Manager, Strategy & Operations. Your opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be a trusted partner, enabling seamless day‑to‑day operations while anticipating needs, managing competing priorities and contributing to a positive and professional team culture.
Your responsibilities will include:
Proactively managing a demanding diary, inbox and workflow, exercising discretion and sound judgement on behalf of the General Manager
Coordinating travel, itineraries and corporate credit card expense reconciliations
Organising meetings, operational forums, conferences, offsites and engagement initiatives
Preparing agendas, minutes, action items, reports, presentations, briefings and correspondence
Collating and distributing documentation for approvals, submissions and sign‑off
Processing invoices and expenses accurately and within required timeframes
Working collaboratively with national teams to support divisional initiatives and strategy implementation
Adhering to Mirvac policies, procedures and reporting requirements at all times
About you
You are a highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant who enjoys being one step ahead. You bring professionalism, resilience and a genuine desire to support others and make a difference.
You will ideally bring:
5+ years' experienceas a Personal Assistant supporting senior leaders
Proven experience managing complex diaries, travel and logistics
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume administrative environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work autonomously
Exceptional attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
