We're seeking a strategic and people-focused Executive Manager – Business Services to champion this mission. Based in Tennant Creek, this role is your opportunity to influence positive change on the ground, across the boardroom, and within the lives of those we serve.

You Lead with Clarity, Culture and Purpose
You're more than experienced — you're resilient, clear-headed and calm under pressure, with the confidence to lead and the humility to listen.
Your leadership style is:
* Unbiased, professional, and principled, standing firm under pressure
* Team-focused, with a drive to unify and collaborate across silos
* Strategic yet grounded, with the ability to plan long-term while managing daily complexity
* Culturally sensitive, especially toward Aboriginal employees and community structures
* Adaptable and independent, suited to remote living with simplicity and perspective
You bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Law, Business, or similar
* At least 4–5 years' experience in senior corporate or business management
* Proven skill in finance, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and high-level reporting
* The ability to build a positive, collaborative workplace culture and lead through change
* High emotional intelligence, honesty, and a genuine passion for social purpose
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. While this is not an identified role, First Nations leadership is highly desired.

With support from the CEO, HR, and the acting Executive Manager, you'll receive a structured handover and gain valuable insights into internal systems, culture, and strategy. You'll also start building relationships across departments and the community to understand the environment and opportunities ahead.

In addition to a salary starting from $150,000 (negotiable), you'll access:
