Chef - Part Time

Working alongside our Executive Sous Chef and a highly skilled kitchen team where you'll contribute to high‐quality dining experiences, from refined à la carte service to large‐scale events.
This permanent part‐time role offers a minimum 15 hours per week and requires availability across the week, including evenings and weekends.
What you'll be doing:
* Delivering food to a world‐class standard across Bespoke Wine Bar & Kitchen and the hotel's 24‐hour room service
* Preparing menus that range from casual to fine dining, including buffets, banquets and event catering
* Supporting the development and roll‐out of new and innovative menus
* Working collaboratively within a large, skilled brigade during hotel service and major events
* Assisting with stock control, food safety and efficient kitchen operations
What you'll bring:
* Minimum 3 years experience as a qualified Chef.
* Strong teamwork skills and the ability to perform under pressure
* Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
* A genuine passion for food, quality and guest experience
