What You’ll Be Doing
Build and grow your own desk within the government space
Proactively identify and develop new client relationships across state and federal government
Run end-to-end recruitment campaigns across perm and contract roles
Convert leads into long-term partnerships through strategic, consultative engagement
Collaborate with our internal team to deliver tailored, high-impact recruitment solutions
Contribute to strategic account planning and talent pooling
Leverage cutting-edge tech to work smarter, not harder
