Job Title: Reservation Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Reservation Agent to join our team at the InterContinental Sorrento Mornington Peninsula hotel. As a key member of our reservations department, you will be responsible for answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in a reservations or front office environment.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
* Knowledge of local area events, attractions, and dining options is a plus.
* Previous experience with Opera is highly desirable but not essential.
