Getting stuck in assembling, glazing, and setting the standard for quality workmanship. Training and mentoring helping your team grow their skills and smash their goals. Keeping production flowing managing materials and ensuring timely deliveries. What You Bring: Leadership chops in a manufacturing environment (commercial window systems = big plus). A hands-on approach, great organisational skills, and an eye for detail. Ability to read job and cutting sheets like a pro. Trade qualification (glazier), driver's licence, and ideally a forklift ticket.
