We are currently on the lookout for **Recycling Sorters / Baler Operators** to support our client, a privately owned **Waste Management** business in **Truganina**.
Working on the **Morning Shift (4:30 AM - 6:30 AM starts),** you will be working in a yard environment, sorting through recyclables/waste on a fast-paced conveyor belt, operating baling and plant equipment, and performing general labouring duties. You will be required to work efficiently with high attention to detail.
**To be successful you will be expected to**:
- Be available 38+ hours per week, Monday - Friday
- Have your own car and driver's license
- Comfortably move and handle waste products
- Previous experience in Waste Industry / Baler Operation highly regarded
- Forklift License preferred
