About the Client:

About the Role:
WorkPac is currently in search of an Administrator to join our esteemed client's team based in South Hedland. This position is based on a Monday to Friday roster, full time hours.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming phone calls and direct them as needed
* Manage general reception duties and greet visitors
* Organise and issue keys for the fleet vehicles used by doctors
* Ensure vehicle maintenance schedules are kept up to date
* Arrange cleaning services for clients' homes
* Collect and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
* Perform general administration tasks as required
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in reception or general administration
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to organise and manage tasks efficiently
* Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
* Attention to detail and accuracy in work
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Drivers Licence
