Lead Nurture Specialist Role
This role involves driving growth and nurturing email relationships with prospective students. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering complex engagement programs using marketing automation software.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in audience segmentation, privacy regulations, personalisation and campaign optimisation.
You will work alongside brand, advertising, product and insights teams to ensure synergy in communication, creative and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver complex engagement programs using marketing automation software
* Develop and implement effective audience segmentation strategies
* Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and data protection principles
* Design and execute personalised campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
* Proven experience in marketing automation and connected software
* Strong analytical skills and intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
* Degree with at least four years subsequent relevant experience in marketing or equivalent combination of relevant experience in marketing and/or education/training
* Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
