About The Company

About This Role
This role will be responsible for the entire NSW portfolio, overseeing all areas of the business; Sales, Service & Parts. The core focus as Regional Sales Manager will be driving the vehicle sales for the region with an expanding Dealer Network. You will also deliver the strategic business plan and work collaboratively to achieve targets such as FFT, customer satisfaction, revenue, parts & accessories sales and ensure service revenue targets are met. As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for pursuing commercial opportunities and leveraging efforts across the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing the Eastern Region, Sydney NSW.
* Sales Focus, opportunity to impact and gain proportionate market share.
* Drive customer experience, dealer engagement / network performance
* Travel locally and interstate will be required
* Take full ownership of the position, be the face of the brand and be available to the network
* Work closely with internal departments including; Network, Marketing, Product and Aftersales
Qualifications And Experience
* A tertiary qualification in Business Management or similar and/or substantial experience and capabilities in relevant field or equivalent commensurate experience.
* Experience as Automotive Sales BDM or Regional Sales Manager level required.
* Experience working with the dealer network
* Leader of successful teams, demonstrating impact in job function
