The Role
As the Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for leading and accelerating your team's growth. You will be accountable for the revenue and profitability of the team whilst continuing to work with key clients and drive new business development to provide high quality service. The role will also be accountable for team management, performance and development.
Team Management
* Accountable for the overall team delivery of your target
* Accountable for team management such as performance reviews, succession planning and recruitment
* Coach, mentor and develop team members to enable staff to achieve optimum productivity
* Ensuring database is updated and maintained by you and the team to ensure accurate and up to date details of both clients and candidates in adherence with quality systems
* Develop & execute the sales strategy in line with the overall Manpower business development strategy
* Develop existing business and maintain key client relationships
* Generate new business by undertaking business development activities such as client meetings, business development calls, support in the preparation of new client proposals / pricing and implementation of new business wins
Financials and Reporting
* Monitor cost centre expenses - internal team and client related
* Report on Revenue, Pipelines and Forecasting in line with budget expectations
Candidate Management
* Management of the end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to, posting of job advertisements, screening suitable candidates, interviewing, administering assessments and reference checking
* Ensure all candidates are compliant before they are allocated to an assignment
* Development of specialised talent pools ensuring Manpower has talent available for future job orders
* Onsite management of associates in relation to HSEQ and general candidate care activities
* Ensure relevant candidate care practices are followed by your direct consultant team
* Monitor candidate performance issues and support your direct team in the resolution of such issues
Client Management
* Provide escalation support to all key clients
* Accountable for the complete recruitment process with clients including qualifying job specifications (mostly permanent vacancies), salary information, recording accurate and comprehensive job descriptions and reverse marketing
* Ensure each recruitment assignment is delivered to budget and to the client's expectation
* Ensure contractual obligations and SLAs are met and reporting requirements are provided within relevant timeframes
* Development and maintenance of client account management plans
Your background
* Currently in a leadership role within a recruitment agency
* Previous HSE recruitment experience is highly desirable but not essential
* Demonstrated experience managing sales and service teams
* Ability to identify, engage, quote and support new client targets
* Sales and client relationship management experience
* Persuasion and influencing skills and relationship building skills
* High level of commercial acumen
* Possess specialty industry knowledge & expertise including Award and Market knowledge
