About the Role
The key role is mainly based in branches, providing customers with an exceptional banking experience. The incumbent will have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, as well as have in-depth needs-based conversations and deliver products as per their accreditation level.
* Deliver a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions.
* Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
* Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.
* Actively participate in and support business programs and initiatives.
You will also ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
* 'Knowing your customer' from a risk perspective.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
* Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage.
* Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage.
* Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
* Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
* Sound understanding of compliance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
