Key Responsibilities
* Dive into market research to uncover growth opportunities in Australia.
* Create and expand our international consumer playbook by identifying new prospects, suggesting innovative strategies, and convincing internal teams to align on new plans.
* Develop strategic plans to cultivate and grow a local community of moderators, transforming power users into active moderators.
* Communicate data-driven insights to optimize the international consumer growth playbook.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Community, Engineering, Marketing, Safety, and BD.
Mandatory skills and qualifications include:
* 5+ years of experience in community development, project management, growth, operations, or product consulting.
* In-depth knowledge of Australian culture, customs, traditions, language, and topics of interest.
* Nuanced comprehension of the digital landscape and cultural intricacies, including internet culture specific to Australia.
* Effective communication skills, collaborating seamlessly across internal teams, users, moderators, partners, content creators, and influencers.
