About the Role
We're looking for a creative, organised, and commercially minded Real Estate Advertising & Marketing Specialist to manage and elevate the marketing of our property listings and brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for property, design, and digital marketing.
You'll work closely with agents, photographers, and external suppliers to ensure every campaign is delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end property marketing campaigns from listing to sale
* Prepare and book advertising across online portals, print and social media
* Coordinate photography, videography, copywriting, floorplans, and signage
* Ensure brand consistency across all advertising materials
* Manage marketing schedules, deadlines, and budgets
* Update and maintain CRM and marketing platforms
* Monitor campaign performance, compliance and recommend improvements
* Support broader business branding and promotional initiatives
About You
* Minimum 2 years experience in real estate marketing and advertising
* Strong written communication and attention to detail
* Confident using digital marketing tools and property portals
* Highly organised with excellent time management skills
* Creative eye for presentation and branding
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines
* A proactive, team-focused approach
