This well established accounting firm located in Essendon are looking for a full time Receptionist / Administrator - Monday to Friday 8:45AM to 5:30pm.
**Main Duties**:
- Manage incoming calls and enquires as well as organise appointment bookings
- Organise incoming and outgoing mails including collecting mails
- Greeting clients and processing payments
- Assist in incoming clients and outgoing clients
- Office admin duties
- General ad hoc duties
**To be successful in this role, you will require**:
- Experience within Xero system would be highly regarded
- Experience within a professional services firm - accounting, or legal, or financial services are required
- Good computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Software
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude"
- Professional and warm phone manner
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Have a car and valid driver licences
- Valid visa to work
