The National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) is seeking an experienced and proactive candidate with a strong background in Microsoft 365, Azure and AI. The ideal candidate will demonstrate management, independence and strategic thinking, with a proven ability to deliver secure, innovative solutions that support organisational goals.
You will be skilled in stakeholder engagement, capable of driving adoption of new technologies (including AI and web services) and committed to fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment. Your expertise in platform management, cyber security and continuous improvement will help NHMRC deliver efficient, user-centred digital services across the agency.

Job specific duties
As the IT Officer (Microsoft AI, M365 & SharePoint), your duties include, but are not limited to:
• Platform Leadership (SharePoint, Web Services).
• AI Enablement and Digital Productivity.
• M365 Roadmap and 3rd Level Support.
• Adoption, Capability and Stakeholder Engagement.
• Information Security, Governance and Compliance.
