Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to support our team in providing high-level administrative assistance. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics, rosters, training matrices, audits, and compliance.
The role involves coordinating site mobilisation requirements, ensuring accurate time-sheet entries and induction processes. You will also be responsible for overseeing work order administration, labour entries, purchase orders, and warranty processing.
Maintaining inventory control, including safety supplies (PPE), uniforms, and departmental stationery, is also a key aspect of the job. As well as delivering exceptional customer service, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely payments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong administrative skills with at least 2 years of relevant experience
* Excellent communication – interpersonal, written, and verbal
* SAP experience is considered highly desirable
* High attention to detail and ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities
* Strong time management and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
