Job Overview:
This senior consultant role focuses on Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) expertise, working within a Digital Supply Chain Practice.
As an EAM Architect, you will have in-depth knowledge of SAP Business Suite across S/4HANA, SSAM, APM, FSM, etc., and how they integrate in industry contexts.
* Leadership experience as an SAP project manager, with certifications like PMI or Six Sigma Black belt
* Strong analytical skills, result-oriented problem solving, and conflict management
* Presentation and documentation skills for complex information to customers
Main Responsibilities:
* Guiding customers through their transition from traditional SCM to advanced Business Suite solutions, including AI, mobility, automated scheduling, and networks
* Developing SAP-centric solution scenarios, architecture, implementation plans, and outcome-based strategies for customer success
* Creating actionable roadmaps, supporting business case development, Proof of Concepts, architecture advice, and implementation support
* Serving as a liaison between customers and product management/engineering to align product roadmaps with customer needs, participating in industry-specific round tables and events for SCM and EAM
About You:
* A proven 15+ years professional experience as a principal consultant/architect in the energy and/or general utilities industry
* Expert knowledge in SAP EAM and newer cloud solutions like SSAM, APM, FSM, BNAC, etc., covering at least 10 full implementation life cycles
* Practical experience with process modelling tools Signavio, LeanIX, WalkMe
