**Office Administrator**
We are seeking a reliable, bilingual (Mandarin & English) **Office Administrator** to manage daily operations, office logistics, and company assets, while providing strong internal support and liaising with external clients and suppliers.
**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative processes
- Oversee workplace logistics including cleaning, repairs, maintenance coordination
- Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and service agreements
- Maintain and track company assets including furniture, equipment, vehicles and property
- Coordinate use, maintenance, storage and handover of assets
- Liaise with external service providers, contractors, property managers and clients
- Assist with basic finance and HR tasks including petty cash, invoicing, onboarding documentation
- Handle administrative duties including document filing, travel bookings, meeting coordination
- Ensure a clean, professional and efficient working environment
**About You**
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in office administration, procurement or operations
- Proficient in both **Mandarin and English (spoken & written)**:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Capable of handling unexpected situations and finding flexible solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
