We're looking for a passionate and driven Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Darwin. This role is all about empowering children and families to thrive in their everyday lives—whether that's in the home, at school, or out in the community.
Your Day-to-Day
4. Deliver early intervention therapy services using a strengths-based approach
5. Early Intervention, Paediatric Therapy, Community Engagement
6. Conduct developmental assessments and create therapy programs tailored to each child's sensory, cognitive, and physical needs
7. Collaborate with clients, families, and key stakeholders to set meaningful, functional goals
8. Work both autonomously and within a transdisciplinary team framework
9. Provide school visits and community-based support
10. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to service improvement initiatives
What You'll Bring
11. Degree in Occupational Therapy & current AHPRA registration
12. Police Check, Working with Children/Vulnerable People clearance
13. Driver's license and access to your own vehicle
14. First Aid certificate
15. Passion for working with children and delivering family-centred care
16. Strong organisational and communication skills
17. Ability to work independently and within a multi-disciplinary team
