Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Technical Support Specialist. You will be responsible for providing timely metrics for the claims team and supporting the Business Performance Lead in this endeavour.
Key responsibilities include reviewing data for accuracy, providing expert guidance on SIRA submissions, and completing monthly reports for regulatory affairs.
You will also provide training and support on data aspects, enhance knowledge of technical specialists, and work with the Business Performance Lead to develop reporting on Work Capacity Decisions and compliance results.
This role involves extensive understanding of the NSW workers compensation ecosystem, legislation and guidelines.
* Customer service or continuous improvement experience (2 years).
* Proven experience in management and/or relevant professional experience in the insurance/workers compensation field or related industry (5 years).
