St Johns Park Bowling Club is a leading employer in the hospitality industry in South-Western Sydney.
We are currently looking for casual Supervisor/Restaurant Attendant within our club Must be available up to 25 hours a week and must be available to work on Wednesdays, Friday, Saturdays and Sundays on split shifts 10am to 3pm and 5:00pm to 9pm.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that services meet or go above and beyond customer expectations
- Lead and supervise the restaurant front of house team on each shift
- To assist in the set up and maintenance of all restaurant service areas accepting responsibility of set up presentation at all times
- Liaise with Head Chef/Kitchen with regards to customer enquires/complaints when needed
- General table clearing and cleaning
- Service station stocking and organising
- Operation of registers and cash handling duties
- Liaise with Club management regarding any operational issues/incidents and provide suggestions
- Any other relevant duties assigned by management
**Ideally, you will have**:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Able to work **split shifts**which may fall on weekends and public holiday
- Must have current RSA & RCG Certificate
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude with strong work ethic and presentation
- Passion for customer service & exhibit professional mannerism
- Must be energetic, reliable, positive and team-oriented with a 'can do' attitude
