Infrastructure Systems Administrator
We are assisting a key customer of ours in sourcing an experienced infrastructure systems administrator to join their growing team of specialist. This role will see you working with some key customers and as such requires someone with strong Systems Administration experience, and client facing abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Windows Server and Linux systems.
- Management of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Configuration, support, and optimisation virtualization environments.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco switches/routers.
- Support LAN, WAN and VPN infrastructure.
- Manage Backup, Replication and disaster recovery planning.
- Ensure that systems are maintained in accordance with current cyber Security standards;
- Monitor system and network performance
- Automate administration tasks
- Provide support, troubleshoot incidents, and document solutions.
The right person for this role will have a Minimum of 5 years experience in systems administration, working in large, complex IT environment. You will have robust Windows and Linux experience and excellent networking skills.
Due to the nature of the customers you will be working with, this role requires someone that currently holds an NV1 security clearance or higher.
