Perilya is offering an exciting opportunity for graduates to kick‐start their careers at our Broken Hill Mine in regional NSW. We are now accepting applications for mid‐year and end‐of‐year intakes across multiple disciplines.
These roles provide hands‐on exposure in a well‐established underground mining operation, supported by experienced professionals and structured graduate development.

About the Roles
As a Graduate at Perilya, you will gain practical, on‐the‐job experience while developing your technical and professional skills. You'll rotate across key functions within your discipline and work closely with site leaders, engineers, and operators to support safe and efficient mining operations.
Key Requirements
* Recently completed or near‐completed tertiary qualification relevant to the role
* Strong safety focus and willingness to learn in a mining environment
* Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
* Australian working rights

* Residential positions only (Broken Hill based – no FIFO or DIDO)
* Intakes available:
* Mid‐Year (2026)
* End‐of‐Year / Graduate Program (2026–2027)
