About the Role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll help expand our national pool of high-quality Travel Nurses. This is more than a support role — you'll be a driving force in sourcing, screening, and engaging healthcare professionals to meet client needs across Australia.
Working closely with our experienced Recruitment Consultants, Workforce team, and international division, you'll help ensure a seamless and positive recruitment journey for every candidate — from first contact through to contract placement.
What You'll Be Doing
* Build Talent Pipelines : Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
* Candidate Engagement : Conduct phone screens, assist with interviews, and guide nurses through our onboarding and registration process.
* Database Management : Keep candidate records up to date and ensure all recruitment documents are correctly uploaded.
* Compliance & Quality : Support all processes in line with legal and company standards, maintaining our commitment to exceptional care and professionalism.
Let's talk about you
You're a natural problem-solver, tech-savvy (comfortable with MS Office and CRMs like JobAdder), and have a sharp eye for quality and compliance.
You're proactive and self-motivated, especially when it comes to sourcing and engaging candidates.
You bring experience in recruitment — healthcare sector experience is a bonus.
You're confident using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and databases.
