About the role
Exciting opportunity exists to join our Evergreen team located at West Gosford for Part Time and casual Catering Assistantsworking in our Hotel Services Team providing high quality dining experience to residents. We are seeking someone who can work across different shift times from mornings to evenings, with previous experience in Aged Care catering team.

This role reports to the Head Chef and will involve, but is not limited to, the following duties:
• Food preparation and meal service
• Delivering food to residents to ensure a high-quality dining experience
• General cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen
What we're looking for in a candidate:
* Knowledge of Food Safety Principles
* Knowledge of Work Health and Safety Principles
* Flexible and adaptable can-do attitude
* Ability in to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work as part of a team
Essentials
* Aged Care experience in catering
* Excellent Customer Service Skills
* National Criminal history check or willing to obtain
* Willing to participate in a pre-employment medical assessment
