Administrative Professional

We are seeking experienced and motivated professionals to join our Support Unit as Administration Officers. One position will focus on Human Resources, with responsibility for ISO administration duties, while the other will be involved in general Office Administration.

This key role is supported by Supervisors, Engineering, and Operations teams, and reports directly to the HR Manager. As an Administration Officer, you will play a vital part in maintaining the smooth running of our business operations, working alongside a collaborative team.

The successful candidates will have previous experience in an administrative role, strong communication skills, excellent organisational and time management abilities, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

They should also possess strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Preferred qualifications include experience with ISO systems, civil construction administration, and a current QLD Driver's Licence. If you're a skilled administrator looking for a new challenge, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.


Key Responsibilities (HR Administration Officer - ISO & Admin Focus)

* Oversee the maintenance and compliance of our ISO system.
* Support end-to-end human resources processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff records management.
* Ensure adherence to workplace policies and employment legislation.
* Coordinate training, onboarding, compliance checks, and development activities.
* Prepare HR and ISO reports and correspondence.
* Assist with staff engagement initiatives and support HR projects.


Key Responsibilities (Office Administration Officer - General Office Support)

* Provide general administrative support to the office and project teams.
* Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
* Assist with document control, filing, and data entry.
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting agendas/minutes.
* Support procurement processes and liaise with suppliers.
* Maintain and update records and registers.
* Assist with quality assurance and compliance activities as directed.
