Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Regional Director
to lead and grow the
Australian operations
, with a core focus on
data center consultancy and project delivery
. This strategic leadership role encompasses business development, client engagement, team management, and project oversight across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead regional consulting operations in Australia, focusing on data center design, engineering, and commissioning.
* Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Australian market, including client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
* Leverage a strong network in the data center industry to identify and secure new business opportunities.
* Oversee the delivery of critical infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and client expectations.
* Build and manage a high-performing local team of consultants and engineers.
* Represent the company at industry events, forums, and client meetings to enhance visibility and thought leadership.
* Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in service delivery and technical excellence.
* Provide market intelligence and contribute to regional business planning
Requirements
* 15+ years of experience in data center consulting, engineering, or project management.
* Proven leadership experience in managing teams and delivering complex infrastructure projects.
* Strong network within the Australian data center ecosystem, including developers, operators, consultants, and contractors.
* Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
* Deep understanding of critical systems (power, cooling, connectivity) and commissioning processes.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a regional business unit.
