Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a growth mindset and is passionate, self-motivated, and takes pride in producing high-quality work every day.

Key qualifications include:
* 2+ years of experience in a generalist HR, people operations or P&C coordination role.
* Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with a customer-first approach.
* Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
* Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a desire to improve systems and processes.
* Experience supporting the delivery of people programs, events, or projects.
* Basic understanding of employment legislation, compliance, and best practices in people operations.
