This position is responsible for supervising and leading a team of multi skilled equipment maintenance personnel in a safe and cost-effective achievement for the length of the project.

To be considered for this position as a Maintenance Supervisor you must possess the following as a minimum:
* Australian Manual Drivers Licence
* Australian recognised Trade Certificate
* WHS Statutory Supervisor Examination (S26)
* Extensive experience in a senior capacity within the Civil or Mining FIFO sectors
* Familiarity of Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi earthmoving equipment
* Strong financial understanding and acumen
* Excellent leadership and people management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
* Liaise with management on contract progress
* Ensure work plans are followed and executed safely
* Enforce client isolation procedures and site compliance
* Conduct daily inspections and action any hazards
* Prepare and review JHAs and safe work procedures
* Lead daily prestart covering safety, progress & risks
* Communicate hazards and updates to all personnel
* Ensure compliance with safety plans, policies & legislation
* Manage hazard reporting and implement controls
* Promote and achieve site safety targets
* Complete additional duties within your competency
