Role
As Facility Manager, you will:
* Provide strategic and operational leadership across care, hospitality, and administration
* Foster a positive culture focused on clinical excellence, compassion, and teamwork
* Ensure full compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC requirements
* Manage budgets, occupancy and financial performance
* Build relationships with residents, families, staff and community partners
You
You're an inspiring leader who balances care quality with commercial acumen. You will have:
* Proven experience as a Facility Manager or Deputy Manager in aged care
* Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills
* Strong understanding of clinical governance, AN-ACC, and Quality Standards
* Financial and operational management capability
* A collaborative, resident-centred mindset
