What This Role Is All About
Are you passionate about community wellbeing and creating memorable moments? In this high‐energy, hands‐on role, you'll be the friendly face and strategic force behind our member engagement, promotions, and events. From growing our membership and strengthening local partnerships to ensuring every interaction feels personal and impactful — you'll help us build something truly special. What You'll Do
* Build lasting relationships with our 2,500+ members through exceptional service and a welcoming approach
* Design and deliver promotions and initiatives that attract, retain, and delight members
* Act as the lead for member communications — from events to follow‐ups and feedback
* Forge partnerships with local businesses and organisations to promote health‐focused community programs
* Assist with staff training to strengthen our customer service and engagement culture
* Track, analyse, and report on member trends to help shape smarter decisions
* Respond to enquiries and feedback quickly and helpfully — every interaction matters
* Be a key contributor to a culture that values quick thinking, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
* Experience in sales, customer service, or community engagement
* A warm, confident communicator with a knack for building trust and connection
