We are particularly interested in applicants with expertise in Home, Motor, and Property claims, available for temporary or contracted roles

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Assist in the management of end-to-end general insurance claims.
- Investigate cases, determine liability and damages, and establish accurate claims estimates.
- Assess the validity of claims, investigate the circumstances of the incident, and determine whether the claim should be approved or denied
- review and processes claims submitted by clients, ensuring all necessary information is provided
- Decide on appointing external parties and evaluate their performance and fees.
We are looking for someone with
- Experience managing claims end-to-end
- Strong knowledge of liability and causation principles for assessing claims
- High-level customer service with attention to detail.
- Effective team player and independent worker.
- Strategic thinker with critical decision-making skills.
