THE GIG
We are on the hunt for a Head of Marketing and Digital to join and lead our Marketing Team in this newly created, high-impact role. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be responsible for leading brand, marketing, and digital performance across Thrills Co. and Worship Supplies.
This position will own brand identity, storytelling, customer growth, and commercial marketing outcomes. The position requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution across brand, e-commerce, paid media, CRM, and content, while managing internal stakeholders and developing a high-performing marketing team.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
• Lead and maintain brand identity and direction across both brands, ensuring all creative and messaging align with established standards and tone of voice.
• Lead the development and delivery of compelling product and brand stories across key channels, ensuring consistent, cohesive campaigns that resonate with the target customer and support hero and core ranges.
• Lead and manage the GTM calendar, aligning launches, campaigns, and marketing deliverables with product drops, retail initiatives, and operational priorities.
• Oversee website performance and UX while driving conversion and revenue growth through data-led optimisation and strong e-commerce KPI management.
• Own CRM strategy, database growth, and automated eDM programs to increase customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
• Plan and optimise paid media strategies, managing budgets and performance to maximise ROI, ROAS, and customer acquisition efficiency.
• Partner cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with commercial and brand priorities, acting as the key marketing voice in leadership forums.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing culture.
• Manage the marketing budget and deliver performance insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership to support growth objectives.
