THE GIG
We're on the hunt for a Commercial Analyst to join our Finance team in this newly created, high-impact role. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play a crucial part in driving data-informed decisions across the business as we continue to grow and evolve.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys collaboration, and brings a sharp commercial mindset to the table.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
•Delivering weekly and monthly performance reporting to key stakeholders
•Partnering with the Merchandise team to track inventory performance and manage aged stock
•Leading our monthly forecasting and annual budgeting cycles
•Developing business cases for new store openings and key initiatives
•Preparing cost centre reporting to help manage and optimise operational spend
•Providing ad-hoc business analysis to support the CEO
•Collaborating with the Universal Store Finance team on shared projects and reporting
•Partner with the Retail Operations team on optimising store rosters
•Collaborate with the wider Universal Store Finance team on relevant projects
