Job Role Overview
Prestige Homes and granny flats is a leading provider of high-quality construction services in Western Australia.
* Effective management and supervision of tradespeople, subcontractors and labourers on construction sites
* Oversee all on-site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, quality control and project progress monitoring
* Liaise with clients, architects and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process
* Prepare detailed reports on project status, budgets and timelines
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or Construction Foreperson in the residential/commercial construction industry
* Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
* Experience in steel frame construction
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a keen eye for detail
* Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, regulations and safety standards
* Proficient in using construction management software and tools
