What This Role Is All About
As a Caravan Care Consultant, you'll guide new caravan owners through the exciting world of accessories, upgrades, and protection packages – ensuring they leave fully equipped and confident for the road ahead. From awnings and solar setups to safety gear and extended warranties, you'll be the expert helping customers personalise and protect their investment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Welcoming customers and guiding them through aftermarket product options
* Presenting accessories, upgrades, and warranty packages that suit each lifestyle
* Creating tailored care solutions for new caravan owners
* Following up leads and enquiries while building lasting relationships
* Achieving monthly sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
* Staying up to date with new product releases and industry trends
Who We're Looking For
* You MUST have experience in aftermarket, automotive, marine or lifestyle product sales
* Passion for camping, caravanning or outdoor adventure is a big advantage
* Great communicator with strong people skills
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven
* Organised and detail-oriented, with a customer-first mindset
* Manual driver's licence preferred
