A dynamic risk strategy and internal audit specialist role is available. This position requires a proactive and analytical individual to drive risk management, master data automation, and work with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support enterprise risk management activities from risk workshops to system improvements and reporting.
* Oversee and improve insurance program activities, including renewals, claims coordination, and broker engagement.
* Harness data automation tools to create dynamic, accurate dashboards and reports for business leaders, the Board, and committees.
* Work closely with diverse stakeholders, commercial managers, site leaders, risk owners, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and strong collaboration.
* Support governance reporting, audits, and compliance activities in line with regulatory requirements.
* Adapt to shifting priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
Requirements
* Experience in risk management, internal audit, or risk analysis (min. 1-4 years).
* Familiarity with risk management standards and ERM systems.
* Strong data automation skills able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.
* Flexible, solutions-focused mindset with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* (Bonus) Experience with insurance programs, SAP, Alteryx, or language skills.
Qualifications:
* University degree in business, science, engineering, finance or ICT.
