About Us

We are a national professional photography studio specialising in corporate headshots, personal branding and tailored brand imagery for businesses of all sizes. Our clients range from individual professionals to some of the countrys best known large organisations, including Amex, Google, Amazon, Uber, CBRE and Ray White.

With established studios in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, the demand for our services continues to grow and we are now seeking a senior sales professional to help support and scale that growth.

About the Role

This is a pure business development role for an experienced closer who understands how to sell consultatively, uncover client needs and guide prospects toward the right solution.

You will manage the full sales cycle for new inbound enquiries and also generate your own new business through outreach, networking and partnerships. Once a client is on board, ongoing scheduling and simple repeat bookings are handled by our internal team so you can stay focused on winning new revenue.

This is not an entry level or junior role. We are seeking someone with a proven track record in professional services sales who can confidently handle individuals, team based requirements and multi stakeholder corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

New Business from Inbound Enquiries


• Manage and convert incoming enquiries from individual professionals through to major organisations

• Conduct discovery calls to understand client objectives, brand challenges and decision process

• Design appropriate photography and brand imagery solutions that align with their goals

• Present, position and close proposals with confidence and clarity

• Maintain a high follow up cadence and strong pipeline hygiene to maximise conversion

Outbound and Self Generated New Business


• Identify target organisations that match our ideal client profile

• Reach out to new prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn and events

• Build relationships with marketing, people and culture and leadership stakeholders

• Create and progress your own opportunities from first contact through to signed agreement

• Track activity and results so we can see clearly where new business is coming from

Operations and Administration


• Maintain accurate CRM records and track all touchpoints and opportunity stages

• Work collaboratively with production and studio teams to ensure smooth handover of new clients and projects

• Provide feedback to help refine sales processes, offers and client experience over time

What We are Looking For


• Significant experience in B2B or professional services sales

• Minimum three to five years of business development or sales experience

• Demonstrated ability to close new business from both inbound and self generated opportunities

• Consultative sales approach with strong listening, questioning and problem solving skills

• Ability to confidently engage with senior decision makers as well as individuals booking their own sessions

• High level of communication, organisation and professionalism

• Skilled at managing multiple opportunities without losing detail

• Comfortable in a fast paced environment where quality of service matters

• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM and workflow tools

• Australian work rights required

If you cannot demonstrate substantial sales experience and consistent results, this role will not be the right fit.
