As a Business Systems Administrator you will provide accurate and timely advice regarding workflow administration within the myHR system, resolving myHR system issues within the Department. You will identify and document local system related business requirements, business processes and rules with a focus of promoting best practice for myHR processes. Additionally, you will liaise closely with Payroll Transactional Services to ensure business continuity and support business deliverables within specified timeframes, maintaining agreed escalation processes to resolve issues and mitigate risks. Role fit The essential requirements for this role are: * Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to summarise complex information and provide systems and process advice to a wide range of clients and stakeholders. * Experience or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of human resource data systems and sound understanding of legislation and regulations from a systems perspective. * Ability to investigate, escalate NS resolve forms workflow issues ensuring quality and consistency whilst meeting expected timeframes.
