The Role
We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist / Administrator to join our friendly and high-performing team. This part-time role is available for 3–4 days per week, with flexibility to work between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment, enjoys patient interaction, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
About You

* A positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic
* Previous experience in a busy multi-practitioner clinic (medical, allied health or optometry)
* Experience using medical software systems
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* A collaborative, team-focused approach
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Patient attendance, check-in and discharge
* Managing patient records and data accurately
* Patient billing and payments
* Appointment scheduling and diary management
* Responding to patient and healthcare provider enquiries
* Providing professional and courteous telephone support
* Maintaining patient confidentiality at all times
