Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a high standard of Environmental Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) throughout the project lifecycle.
* Develop and implement strategies for profit improvement, cost control, and financial management.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, project teams, and external stakeholders.
* Manage the development of project teams, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
* Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Highly organized, with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
* Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
