You will have significant experience in delivering high quality customer service to communities with a trauma-informed approach and ability coordinate teams in a dynamic and politically sensitive environment.You will be the go-to expert experienced in coordinating customer engagement campaigns, are able to manage case escalations, and identify opportunities for process efficiencies to streamline stakeholder journeys.Please note that this role is face to face.About YouHigh calibre candidates will have significant experience in delivering high quality customer service to communities with a trauma-informed approach.
