Job Description
What will a day in this role look like:
* As a Senior Engineer in the team, you will be involved in managing and completing projects from inception, including involvement in the bidding phase, concept design, detailed design, tendering and construction phase support.
* You will ensure all quality assurance processes are followed, delivering on time and to budget.
* You will work in teams and aspire to leadership and/or advanced technical roles based on your experience as part of multi-disciplinary or large infrastructure projects.
* You be accountable for your work and influential in the project’s performance.
* You develop and nurture relationships within AECOM and local industry, whether through project work, client initiatives or industry association.

Qualifications
What are we looking for from you?
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and broad background in general civil design including roads, water, wastewater, drainage across a range of markets.
* Experience in using industry-standard drainage analysis and design software technology applications (e.g. 12d, DRAINS, etc.).
* Strong understanding and experience in applying AustRoads and DIT Master Specification to road and transport designs
* Experience in delivering in multi-disciplinary environments
* Experience in delivering large scale transport projects
* Competent in exercising sound engineering judgement whilst contributing to the design and development of engineering solutions, identifying constraints, opportunities and buildability issues.
