Task & Responsibilities
* Mixing, hand moulding, and baking a variety of sourdough and specialty breads
* Managing fermentation schedules and dough development using traditional techniques
* Maintaining a clean and efficient work environment
* Working alongside a passionate team of bakers to meet daily production targets
* Ensuring product quality and consistency from batch to batch
Qualification & Experience
* At least 1 year of experience as an artisan baker in a fast-paced environment
* A highly relevant qualification at least at AQF Certificate III level
* Proven expertise in hand mixing, moulding, and shaping a variety of doughs
* A genuine passion for traditional breadmaking and continuous learning
* A proactive, can-do attitude and strong team spirit
